Bolero Restaurant was created at 17/2/1999 by its owners Vangelis based on the idea of simple and honest food. With over eighteen years of experience in the restaurant business, distinctions and awards for the Greek & Mediterranean cuisine, we fulfilled our desire for “return to the basics” in this restaurant. We rely on the local production, and the seasonality of Ionian land for the creation of our menu.

Our family business has accomplished to be one of the Top5 restaurants at Kassiopi, Corfu, Greece. Furthermore, we achieved the 58th place from 975 restaurants in the whole island.
